果米餅 – Fruit Rice Cake


材料
30克 無鹽牛油
30克 糖
1/2杯 米粉
1隻 蛋白
1湯匙 熱情果
1/2茶匙 泡打粉
40 毫升 微熱的奶

做法
1.將牛油與糖以攪拌機混和,然後慢慢加入蛋白
2.將攪拌機調至最慢,然後加入麵粉,泡打粉、奶及熱情果
3.將所有材料攪勻後,倒入一個30厘米圓形的易潔蛋糕模中,然後入爐以170度焗30分鐘
4.30分鐘後,以竹簽刺入蛋糕中心,然後取出,若沒有任何蛋糕沾在竹簽上即可
5.取出蛋糕,倒出盛於鋼架上放涼

Ingredient
30 g unsalted butter
30 g cup sugar
1/2 cup white rice flour
1 egg white
1tbsp passion fruit pulp, without liquid
1 /2 tsp baking powder
40 ml tepid milk

Cooking Method
1.Cream the butter and sugar together in a mixer, slowly add the egg whites.
2.Using a slower speed on the mixer, add flour and baking powder then follow the milk and passion fruit.
3.Combine well in the mixer and pour into a 30 cm round non-stick cake tin. Bake for about 30 minutes at 170oc
4.Place a skewer into the center of the cake after 30 minutes and if you can remove it cleanly then the cake is done.
5.Remove from the oven to cool.

Mga Sangkap
30 gramo mantikilya
30 gramo cup sugar
1/2 cup puting arinang bigas
1 puti ng itlog
1 kutsara passion prutas pulp
1/2 kutsarita baking powder
40 ml tepid milk

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Gawin krema ang mantikilya at asukal pagsamahin sa mixer, pagatapos dahan dahan ilagay ang puti ng itlog.
2.Mahina lamang ang speed ng mixer, ilagay ang arina at baking powder at saka ang gatas at passion prutas.
3.Ihalo maigl sa mixer, at saka ibuhos sa 30 cm bilog na non-stick cake tin, ihurno sa loob ng 30 minutos sa init na 170oc.
4.Ilagay ang skewer sa gitna ng keye pagka-raan ng 30 minutos, at kapag maalis ng maayos ay naluto na ang keyk.
5.Hanguin mula sa oven.

Bahan
30 gr mentega tanpa garam
30 gr gula
1/2 gls tepung beras
1 butir putih telur
1 sdm passion fruit pulp, tanpa liquid
1/2 sdt baking powder
40 ml tepid milk

Cara Memasak
1.Buat cream daro mentega dan gula aduk jadi satu dalam mixer, kemudain dengan pelan-pelan masukkan putih telur/
2.Gunakan kecepatan rendah pada mixer, masukkan tepung dan baking powder kemudian susu dan passion fruit.
3.Campur rata dalam mixer, kemudian tuang dalam 30 cm keliling kaleng cake anti lengket. Panggang selama 30 menit dalam suhu 170oc.
4.Letakkan tusuk ditengah-tengah cake setelah 30 menit dan apabila saat anda tarik kembali bersih berarti cake telah matang.
5.Keluarkan dari oven, dan keluarkan diatas rak besi agar dingin.
