鮮果撻 – Fruit Tart


材料
70克 無鹽牛油
45克 糖霜
20克 雞蛋
80克 麵粉
1/8茶匙 泡打粉
1/8 茶匙 鹽
100克 馬斯卡波芝士
2湯匙 楓蜜
適量鮮果

做法
1.焗爐預熱至180度約10分鐘 ; 麵粉、泡打粉、鹽篩勻備用
2.牛油及糖霜打至淡黃色,慢慢加入蛋汁拌勻
3.加入麵粉拌成麵糰,放入雪櫃冷藏一會
4.麵糰碾開至3毫米厚,印出5厘米圓型或其他型狀,放入爐焗約10分鐘至金黃色,取出待涼
5.芝士加入楓蜜打至滑,唧在撻皮上,放上不同的鮮果料,即成七彩繽紛的甜點

1/8 tsp salt
100 g mascarpone cheese
2 tbsp maple syrup
Some fresh fruit

Cooking Method
1.Preheat the oven to 180oc for about ten minutes. Sieve the flour, baking powder and salt.
2.Beat the butter and sugar until pale. Stir in the eggs gradually.
3.Fold in flour. Put into fridge for a while.
4.Roll the dough to the thickness of 3mm. Cut out to 5cm round or other shapes as you like. Bake for about 10 minutes until golden. Leave cool.
5.Beat the cheese and maple syrup until smooth. Pipe onto the tart. Sprinkle with your selected fresh fruits. Serve.

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Painitin ang oven ng 180oc sa loob ng sampung minutos. Salain ang arina, baking powder at asin.
2.Batiin ang mantikilya at asukal hang-gang mag-pale. At ihalo ang itlog.
3.Tupiin ang arina, ilagay sa repridireytor.
4.I-rolyo ang minasa ng makapal sa 3mm. Hiwain ng 5cm pabilog o kaya sa ibangkorte na gusto mo. Ihurni, sa loob ng 10 miutos hang-gang pumula. Hayaan lumamig.
5.Batiin ang cheese at maple syrup hang-gang smooth. Ilagay sa ibabaw ng tart. Lagyan ng prutas at ihain.

Bahan
70 gr mentega tanpa garam
45 gr icing sugar
20 gr telut
80 gr terigu
1/8 sdt baking powder
1/8 sdt garam
100 gr keju mascarpone
2 sdm maple syrup
Sedikit buah-buahan segar

Cara Memasak
1.Panaskan oven pada suhu 180o sela-ma 10 minit. Ayak tepung, baking powder dan garam.
2.Kocok metega dan gula hingga pucat. Masukkaan telur sambil diaduk secara bertahap.
3.adoni tepung dan masukkan dalam kulkas untuk sesaat.
4.Pipihlan adonan dengan ketebalan 3 mm. Potong 5 cm keliling atau ben-tuk yang lain sesuai selera. Panggang sekitar 10 menit hingga kuning. Dinginkan.
5.Kocok keju dan maple syrup hingga kalis. Pipihken diatas tart. Taburi den-gan buah segar pilihan anda. Sajikan.
