香草蜆肉意粉 – Spaghetti with Clams and Herbs


材料
500克意粉
2斤蜆肉
2茶匙鹽
1茶匙蒜蓉
1湯匙橄欖油

適量鹽
少許黑椒粉
1湯匙迷迭香

做法
1.燒熱水, 加入鹽及橄欖油, 煮意粉約13分鐘
2.燒熱1湯匙橄欖油, 爆香蒜蓉, 加入蜆肉. 加入意粉兜勻, 加調味料. 即可享用

Ingredient
500g Spaghetti
2 catty of clams
2 tsp of salt
1 tsp of minced garlic
1 tbsp of olive oil

Seasoning
Some Salt
Some black pepper
1 tbsp of rosemary

Cooking Method
1.Cook spaghetti in boil water with salt and some olive oil for about 13 minutes.
2.Heat 1 tbsp of olive oil, fry minced garlic, add in clams. Finally add in spaghetti and season. Serve

1 kutsaritang tinadtad na bawang
1 kutsarang olive oil

Panimpla
Kaunting asin
kaunting paminta
1 kutsaritang rosemary

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Iluto ang pasta sa pinakuluang tubig, lagyan ng asin at olive oil ng mga 13 minuto
2.Painitin ang 1 kutsara olive oil, igisa ang bawang, ilagay ang kabebe. Sa Huli ihalo ang pasta at panimpla. Ihain.

Bahan

2 catty clam (dengan kerangnya)
2 sdt garam
1 sdt bawang putih cincang
1 sdm minyak zaitun

Bumbu-Bumbu
Sedikit Garam
Sedikit Lada Hitam
1 sdm Rosemary

Cara Memasak
1.Didihkan air, masukkan garam dan minyak zaitun masak pasta selama 13 menit, dan sisihkan.
2.Panaskan pan dengan 1 sdm minyak zaitun, goring bawang putih dan clam. Masukkan pasta dan aduk rata. Terakhir masukkan garam, lada hitam dan rosemary untuk rasanya yang sedap, siap untuk disajikan.
