豆漿煮海鮮 – Seafood in Soya Bean Milk


材料
1 公升純豆漿
1 條桂花魚
4兩鮮蝦
5-6隻帶子
8 粒草菇
8 粒蘑菇
1 塊滑豆腐
2 棵娃娃菜
少許白果肉

做法
1.將桂花魚洗淨﹐抹乾﹐將魚肉用刀起出﹐ 再切成薄魚片﹐ 以少許鹽﹐糖﹐生粉醃之
2.將帶子洗淨﹐ 同樣用少許鹽﹐ 糖略醃﹐ 待用
3.將鮮蝦先浸冰水﹐ 去殼抹乾水份﹐ 備用
4.將草菇洗淨飛水﹐蘑菇洗淨﹐娃娃菜切段﹐洗淨用油﹐鹽水灼軟
5.熱碢中放豆漿﹐待微滾﹐下桂花魚片, 帶子, 鮮蝦﹐白果﹐草菇﹐ 蘑菇及豆腐浸熱﹐ 撈起

Ingredient
1 litre soya bean milk
1 piece mandarin fish
160 g shrimp
5-6 pcs scallop
8 pcs straw mushroom
8 pcs button mushroom
1 pc beancurd
2 pcs baby tian jin cabbage
some ginko

Cooking Method
1.Rinse the fish and remove the meat and slice. Marinate it with salt, sugar and corn starch.
2.Rinse the scallop and marinate with salt and sugar
3.Soak the shrimp in iced water. Absorb the water and set aside
4.Poach the straw mushroom. Rinse the button mushroom. Cut the baby Tian Jin cabbage and rinse. Then, poach with oil and salt water.
5.Place the soya bean milk into the pot and let it boil. Put all ingredients in and cook until cooked. Remove and Serve.

Mga Sangkap
1 litre gatas na soya bean
1 pirasong isdang mandarin
160 onsa hipon
5-6 pirasong kabebe
8 pirasong dayaming kabute
8 pirasong kabuteng butones
1 pirasong tokwa
2 pirasong murang repolyong Tian Jin
kaunting ginko

Paraan ng pagluluto
1.Hugasan ang isda at alisin ang laman at hiwain. Ibabad sa asin, asukal at arinang mais.
2.Hugasan ang kabebe at ibabad sa asin asukal.
3.Ibabad ang hipon sa malamig na tubig. Ipasipsip ang tubig at itabi
4.Pakuluan ang dayaming kabute. Hugasan ang kabuteng butones. Hiwain ang murang repolyong Tian-Jin at hugasan. Tapos, pakuluan sa mantika at maalat na tubig.
5.Pakuluin ang gatas ng soya bean at ilagay ang mga sangkap. Lutuin hanggang maluto at ihain.

Bahan
1 ltr susu kedelai
1 ekor ikan mandarin
160 gr udang
5-6 biji scallop
8 jamur jerami
8 jimi jamur kancing
1 potong tahu
2 sawi putih kecil
sedikit ginko

Cara Memasak
1.Cuci ikan kemudian angkat dagingnya dan iris tipis-tipis. Bumbui dengan garam, gula dan tepung sagu.
2.Cuci scallop dan bumbui dengan garam dan gula.
3.Rendam udang dengan air es. Tiriskan dari air es dan sisihkan
4.Rebus jamur jerami. Cuci jamur kancing. Potong sawi putih dan cuci, Kemudian rebus dengan air garam dan minyak.
5.Letakkan susu kedelai kedalam, masukkan bahan. Letakkan atau masak. Disajikan.
